Customers complete a Booking request form and signs authorization for luggage pickup, then submits payment. HCS Courier service coordinates the retrieval and delivery of luggage to the customers designated destination.

Once you have located your luggage within the DFW airport, HCS Courier service coordinates retrieval and delivery directly to your home, hotel, or desired destination

Tracking information is generally provided within 2-5 hours after payment and order confirmation have been received.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other available payment methods offered through our website.

Once tracking information is received there can be no changes submitted for the order.
